Mikaela Johnson is an Ohio Realtor with The Clark Group, proudly serving buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Cincinnati area. A Cincinnati native, Mikaela brings a genuine passion for helping others and a professional, people-first approach to every real estate experience.

Mikaela’s journey into real estate began with her mother, who introduced her to the industry and inspired her to become a Realtor. What started as an opportunity to learn alongside her mom quickly developed into a passion of her own. Since becoming licensed, Mikaela has had the opportunity to help clients purchase their first homes, sell their properties, and confidently navigate their next moves.

In addition to real estate, Mikaela is a Human Resources professional. Her career in HR has strengthened her skills in communication, relationship building, problem-solving, organization, and navigating important conversations. She brings those same skills into real estate, making it a priority for her clients to feel informed, supported, and heard throughout the entire process.

Mikaela earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration, with a minor in Business, from Xavier University. She later earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier. She is also a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, reflecting her commitment to service, community, and building meaningful relationships.
